DartVoice ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account data: When you sign up we collect your email address. Optionally you may set a display name and PayPal email (for the Ambassador programme).
Subscription data: Your plan type, trial status, and billing dates are stored. All payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
Contact messages: If you use our contact form, we store the subject, email, optional name, and message text so we can respond to your enquiry.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google.
DartVoice uses the Vosk speech recognition engine, which runs entirely on your local device. No audio, voice recordings, or transcription data is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party. All voice processing stays on your machine.
We use the following browser storage mechanisms:
No third-party advertising cookies are set. Google Analytics cookies are loaded only if you accept them.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe, then permanently deleted. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months.

DartVoice is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
