TERMS OF SERVICE

DartVoice ("the Service") provides voice-controlled darts scoring software for Windows and Android, accessible via a paid subscription.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription will automatically begin at £6.99 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your dashboard.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscription fees are billed monthly. If payment fails, your access will be suspended until payment is resolved.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@dartvoice.app.

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the DartVoice software on one device at a time. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the software.

Voice recognition is processed entirely on your local device. No audio data is transmitted to our servers. We collect only your email address and subscription status. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.

DartVoice is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
